Sustainability

Reduce waste first.
Recycle what’s left.

Honest event branding that minimises footprint where it counts — and tells you the truth about where it doesn’t. CSRD-aligned reporting available on request.

How we work

Prevention beats clean-up.

The most effective sustainability measure is the material that’s never produced in the first place. That’s why our default starts with waste reduction, not recyclability. We design branding programmes around reuse, modular systems, and rental options — so the same materials work across multiple events, in multiple venues, for multiple clients.

When new production is unavoidable, we make the most informed material choice we can. And we’re open about the trade-offs.

90%+

Reusable frames & modular systems

Across the majority of our projects. Reused across multiple events and clients, dismantled into components that go back into stock.

100%

European sourcing

All materials sourced within Europe to reduce transport emissions. Production close to where the event happens.

Your choice

Recyclable, or low-CO²? You decide.

For every event, you can choose what to prioritise:

Maximum recyclability

Materials selected for end-of-life recyclability where genuine recycling streams exist. Often comes with a higher production CO² footprint.

Minimum CO² & waste Default

Reusable systems and rental components. Lower production footprint, lower waste. Some elements harder to recycle if eventually discarded.

Unless specified, we default to the second — because prevention is better than clean-up.

No greenwashing

The honest part.

True recyclability is limited in our industry. Many materials marketed as “recyclable” are not practically recycled in any meaningful volume — the streams to do it don’t yet exist at scale.

We’re working on it. We’re engaging with our suppliers to push for better recycling streams, and we’re piloting new materials as alternatives come to market. But we won’t claim perfection we can’t deliver.

What we can deliver: structured waste reduction, reusable systems, European sourcing, and a full CSRD-aligned report when you need to substantiate your event’s footprint to internal or external stakeholders.
