What it is

Banners do what flags can’t: hold still and explain.

Flags catch the eye with movement. Banners earn the second look with stillness. A well-placed banner across a venue facade, hanging in a foyer, or mounted on a frame near the stage holds a message long enough to actually be read. For event branding, that’s where most of the work happens — not on a fluttering flag, but on a still, legible surface at eye level.

We produce banners in textile (premium look, indoor and short-term outdoor) or PVC (heavy-duty, long-term outdoor, weather-resistant). Frame banners go in our reusable frame system — the frame stays in stock, the printed banner is per event. Hanging banners go straight to ceiling fixtures or facade mounts.

Where it works

Banners for every part of the event.

Facade banners

Large-format PVC or mesh banners across venue facades. The first signal that you’ve taken over the building — before guests even step inside.

Foyer & hall banners

Vertical or horizontal banners hung in foyers, halls, and double-height spaces. Premium textile finish that lights well under venue lighting.

Frame banners

Banner held flat in a reusable aluminium frame. Stays crisp regardless of wind or hanging structure. The frame is part of our stock — we replace the print per event.

Stage & backdrop banners

Behind speakers, around stages, framing the camera shot. Sized to the AV setup and the broadcast crop if there is one.

Our approach

Right material, right finish, right install.

A banner that looks crisp at the venue starts with picking the right material for the use, then the right finishing, then mounting it cleanly. None of these decisions are obvious from a sketch — we make them with you during the brief.

  • Designed by our in-house team or printed from your supplied artwork
  • Material selection per use: textile (premium look) or PVC (heavy-duty, weather)
  • Reusable aluminium frames available from our stock — print changes per event
  • Eyelets, sleeves, tension cords — finishing chosen for the hanging method
  • European sourcing for textile and PVC alike — lower transport footprint
  • Installation by our crew, or delivery for venues with in-house riggers
  • Tailored proposal within 24 hours, itemised pricing

The process

From brief to banner in four steps.

01

Brief

Where, how big, how it hangs, indoor or outdoor, duration. Each answer changes the material and finishing spec.

02

Design

Layout proposal at print size, finishing locations marked, hanging method confirmed. Sign-off before production.

03

Production

Printed and finished in two to three weeks via Promo Groep, our sister company. Frames from our stock if you need them.

04

Install & breakdown

Our crew handles install before doors open. Breakdown after. Or we ship for venue-side install if that fits better.

FAQ

Common questions about event banners.

Textile or PVC — which should we choose?

Textile for indoor events and short-term outdoor — it looks premium, lights well, hangs naturally. PVC (or PVC-mesh) for long-term outdoor and heavy weather exposure — tougher, more weather-resistant, less elegant up close. We’ll spec the right one based on the brief.

What sizes can you produce?

Anything from a one-metre vertical to facade banners over twenty metres wide. We size to your venue and hanging structure. There’s no fixed standard — the dimension comes from the space, not a catalogue.

How are banners typically hung?

Eyelets with cable ties or tension cord, sleeves with poles, magnetic fixings on steel surfaces, or in a reusable aluminium frame. The hanging method is decided during the brief and determines the finishing.

Do you supply frames as well as banners?

Yes. Reusable aluminium frames from our stock — same system we use for presswalls and sponsor booths. The frame stays with us between events; the banner print is per project.

How long does production take?

Two to three weeks from design sign-off. Faster runs are possible for simpler formats — we’ll be honest about what’s realistic in the intake call.

Can the banner be reused for a second event?

If the branding and dimensions match: yes. Banners store rolled and travel well. For event series with consistent branding, the same banner can move between venues without trouble.

We need outdoor banners for a long-running campaign — what’s the lifespan?

PVC banners hold up for months of continuous outdoor exposure when finished properly — reinforced edging, UV-stable inks, the right anchor points. We’ll spec the right grade for the expected duration and exposure.

Sustainability

Frame stays, banner travels.

Aluminium frames are reused across hundreds of events. Banner prints can travel across multiple events when branding stays the same. Materials are sourced through European partners; end-of-life banners are sorted into the right recycling stream. See our full sustainability approach.
