We produce 360° branded tours for venues we believe in. When event organisers configure their branding through us, your venue gets a clearer sales tool and an extra lead-funnel — without producing it yourself.

What it is

A 360° tour with branding positions pre-mapped.

For each space in your venue we capture a high-resolution 360° image, identify every branding position (entrance, foyer, stage, networking area, breakout rooms), and link them to our configurator. Event organisers walk the tour, click branding positions on or off per room, and receive an itemised quote within minutes.

The tour itself is yours to use anywhere: embed it in your own website, send to clients, show during sales meetings. No watermarks, no rental fee.

Two ways to work together

Both tiers are free for your venue. The difference is what you give us in return.

Tier 1

Unbranded tour

We produce a 360° tour of your venue, list you on brandyourevent.com under our venue portfolio, and link to your own website from there.

Tier 2

Branded tour + Preferred Partner

We produce a fully branded 360° tour with our configurator integrated. You name BYE as one of your (max 2) preferred branding partners and include us in your sales process.

How we decide

We don’t partner with every venue.

A branded tour is a real production investment from our side — so we’re selective about which venues fit our dossier. The criteria are simple:

  • The venue is suitable for corporate events, conferences, or large-scale launches
  • There’s a clear branding canvas (facade, foyer, main hall, breakouts)
  • The venue’s sales team is willing to actively include BYE in client conversations (Tier 2 only)
  • The venue is in the Netherlands — we focus our footprint to keep production close

The process

From first call to live tour.

Tier 2 (branded) runs 8-10 weeks end-to-end. Tier 1 (unbranded) is faster — roughly 3-4 weeks.

Intro call

30 minutes. We talk through your venue, audience, and which tier fits.

Venue scan

Our business developer visits and walks the venue with you — spaces, sightlines, branding positions.

Contract

We draft the partnership agreement covering tier, timeline, and deliverables. Once signed, production kicks off.

Photoshoot

Half-day on location. High-resolution 360° capture across all relevant spaces, then post-production.

Branding design

Our branding specialist proposes the optimal positions; our design team draws them into the tour.

Tech + go-live

Our IT team wires the configurator to the tour and we launch it on a dedicated page at brandyourevent.com.
