What it is
Mobile branding on a curved mast.
A beachflag (or boog flag) is a vertical, teardrop-shaped flag mounted on a curved fibreglass mast. The curved top tension keeps the printed surface visible even in light wind — unlike a traditional flag that wraps around its pole when air moves. The whole assembly weighs a few kilos, packs into a slim carry bag, and goes up in under five minutes by one person.
For event branding, beachflags hit a sweet spot: high enough to read from a distance, light enough to scatter across a footprint, mobile enough to redeploy between events. They’re the format we recommend for festival activations, pop-up zones, parking-lot wayfinding, and outdoor product launches.

Common questions about beachflags.
What sizes do beachflags come in?
Standard heights are 2.5m, 3.5m, and 5m. The larger sizes are visible across a festival field; the smaller ones work better in indoor venues or tight outdoor zones. Custom sizes possible on request.
Which base do we choose — soft or hard ground?
Ground spike for grass or soft surfaces. Cross-foot with water- or sand-fillable weights for hard surfaces (concrete, paving). Weight plates for indoor venues. Vehicle clamps for mobile activations. We’ll spec based on your location.
Can beachflags handle wind?
In moderate wind: yes — the curved mast and tensioned flag are built for it. In strong sustained wind or storm conditions, we’d take them down. For high-exposure outdoor sites we’ll spec heavier bases and reinforced print finishing.
How long does production take?
Around ten working days from design sign-off. Hardware is in stock, so it’s the print run that determines the timeline.
Can we set them up ourselves?
Yes — beachflags are designed for self-install. Each flag goes up in a few minutes by one person, no tools required. We include carry bags and a quick visual setup guide.
Can we reuse beachflags for follow-up events?
Yes — the mast and base are designed for repeated use. The printed flag itself also travels well as long as the branding is identical. Beachflags are one of the most reusable items in the event branding kit.
