Service
Professional design.
Your brief,
production-ready.
We take your brand guidelines and turn them into event-ready, print-ready, build-ready files. Production-grade DTP work by an in-house design team. Not strategy — the technical layer that gets your branding from PDF to wall.
What it is
Applied design. Not invented design.
There’s a difference between designing a brand and applying one to an event. We do the second. Your brand exists — logo, typography, colour, tone, photography style. Brand-book and guidelines are already in your hands. What we do is the technical translation: turning that identity into the files that need to exist for your event to look right at full size, on real materials, under real lighting.
Press-ready artwork for banners. Tensioned-fabric specs for presswalls. Cut paths for signage. Bleed and overprint for facade prints. Colour profiles matched to printer and material. The kind of work that doesn’t exist in your brand book but determines whether the brand actually arrives on site.
Where it fits
Design that turns guidelines into deliverables.
From brand book to print
You supply the brand guidelines. We translate them into production-ready files for every branded surface on your event — banner, badge, presswall, skytube, signage.
Sponsor artwork management
Sponsors deliver mixed file formats and sizes. We review, fix, and prepare every sponsor file to fit your layout system without compromising their identity.
Layout systems for multi-event series
For roadshows or recurring events: one layout system that adapts to every venue without losing identity. Set up once, scaled to the rest.
Adaptation for venue rules
Every venue has its own restrictions on what fits where. We adapt your artwork to the actual canvas without breaking the brand.
Our approach
We don’t write briefs. We apply them.
If you’re looking for someone to design your brand from scratch, you need a brand agency. If you have a brand and need it executed flawlessly at event scale, that’s where we come in. We’re production designers, not strategists — and that split is a feature, not a limitation. It means we deliver finished files, not concepts that still need work.
- In-house creative studio — same team that handles your entire event branding programme
- Work from your supplied brand guidelines, brand book, or existing artwork
- Production-ready output: bleeds, cut paths, colour profiles, material-specific specs
- Sponsor file management included where the event involves sponsor logos
- Approvals via clear digital proofs — you sign off before anything prints
- Tight loop with our own production team — no cross-vendor file handoff issues
- Tailored proposal within 24 hours, itemised by design surface
A note on timing
Good design takes time. We don’t do last-minute.
A lot of event design fails because the design phase gets compressed into the final week. Files arrive at the printer with errors, sponsor logos look wrong, scale calculations are off. We’ve seen what last-minute design produces, and it’s not what your event deserves.
For each event, we ask for three weeks between sign-off and load-in. That includes design iteration, proofing, sponsor review, and production. Anything shorter starts cutting corners. We’ll be honest about what’s realistic during the intake call — if the timeline doesn’t allow proper design, we’ll say so before we accept the brief.
The process
From brand book to production-ready.
01
Brief intake
We receive your brand guidelines, event scope, venue specs, and sponsor list. Anything missing, we ask before we start.
02
Layout proposal
First-round visuals per branded surface. You see how the brand lands across the venue before any production starts.
03
Proofs & sign-off
Print-ready files for review. We mark print dimensions, materials, finishing details. You sign off in writing.
04
Production handoff
Files go to our production team. Same building, no cross-vendor handoff. Production starts the same week.
FAQ
Common questions about professional design.
Do you design our brand identity?
No — that’s the job of a brand agency. We work from a brand that already exists and apply it to your event. If you’re still defining your visual identity, we’ll point you to brand-strategy partners.
What if we don’t have a brand guideline document?
We can still work from existing artwork — logo files, recent collateral, website assets — and reverse-engineer a working specification for the event. The output will be consistent with what you already have, even without a formal brand book.
Can you handle last-minute changes?
Within reason. Design iteration costs time, and time costs money when timelines are short. We’ll always tell you upfront whether a change is feasible without compromising quality. If a late change means cutting corners, we’ll say so.
How early do you need the brief?
Three weeks between sign-off and load-in is our standard. That covers design iteration, proofing, sponsor review, and production. Compressed timelines are possible for simpler scope, but design quality and production quality both depend on having time.
Do you work with files we already have, or do you build from scratch?
Both. If you have layout files that just need adaptation to event surfaces, we adapt. If artwork doesn’t exist yet for the items in scope, we build from your brand guidelines. Most events are a mix.
Can we use you for design only, without using your production?
In principle, yes. In practice, the value is in the tight loop between design and production — our designers know our printers, our materials, our finishing options. If you split the two, you lose a lot of that quality control. We’ll be honest about what changes if you take that route.
