Sponsor booths.
Where your sponsors
earn their visibility.
Modular booth structures with branded panels, optional counters, and proper finishing. Built so your sponsors look part of the event, not bolted on.
What it is
A booth that fits the event, not just the floor plan.
A sponsor booth is a modular structure that sits in your event — branded walls, a counter or display surface, sometimes a backwall with a product or logo. It’s the place where your sponsor talks to attendees, hands out demos, captures leads. If it looks like a trade-show stand from 2003, the sponsor relationship looks the same.
We design and produce sponsor booths as part of the wider event programme — brand-accurate finishing, matched typography, sponsor visuals that work with the venue’s look rather than against it. Modular system means we can scale from a single-sponsor counter to a full sponsor zone with eight or ten booths in one programme.
Where it works
Booth programmes for every sponsor format.
Conference sponsor zones
Multi-sponsor zones inside conference halls. Identical footprint per sponsor, fully branded panels, optional demo counter. Designed so every sponsor feels equal.
Festival activations
Outdoor-ready booths for festivals and brand activations. Weather-aware finishing, fast install, designed to handle high-traffic environments.
Product demos
Tailored booth design for a single sponsor or product. Demo counter, product display, branded backwall, optional seating — built around what the sponsor wants to show.
VIP & hospitality
For premium sponsors with a hospitality presence: branded lounge structures, drinks counters, semi-private zones. Higher finish, considered materials.
Our approach
Modular system, custom finish.

The process
From floor plan to ready booth.
01
Brief & floor plan
We map the sponsor zone or single-booth location on the venue floor plan. Sponsor count, footprint per booth, electricity, traffic flow.
02
Design
3D visualisation per booth, branded panel layouts per sponsor, sign-off on the look before production. We coordinate sponsor artwork delivery in parallel.
03
Production
Panels printed and finished in two to three weeks. Booth modules and counters reserved from our stock for the event dates.
04
Install & breakdown
Our crew sets up before doors open, sponsors walk into ready booths. Breakdown after the event — sponsors don’t touch a panel.
FAQ
Common questions about sponsor booths.
What size is a typical sponsor booth?
Standard footprints range from 2x2m for a simple branded counter up to 4x4m or larger for hospitality-style booths with seating. We size to your venue and to the sponsor tier — equal footprints across a zone if that’s the agreement, differentiated by tier if not.
Can the booths be extended for larger sponsors?
Yes. The modular system means we can chain modules together for double-width or premium footprints, add counters, build out backwalls, or add a closed lounge area. Same visual language, scaled to the tier.
What about power and data — do we arrange that?
We map power and data needs per booth during the floor-plan stage and coordinate with the venue or production team. Each booth typically needs a power outlet for displays and lighting — we route cabling cleanly inside the structure so it’s not visible to attendees.
Can we handle sponsors who supply their own artwork?
Yes — that’s the usual case. We give sponsors print templates, review their files for print readiness, and flag anything that won’t reproduce well. If a sponsor doesn’t have brand-ready artwork, we can design it for them as part of the programme.
Can the same booth structure be reused at follow-up events?
The booth modules and counters — yes, they’re part of our reusable stock by design. The branded panels are typically per-event because sponsor line-ups and event branding change. If a multi-event series uses identical sponsors and look, panels can travel.
How long before the event do we confirm the sponsor list?
Three weeks before the event is comfortable. Late additions are possible — we’ll be honest about which materials and finishes are still in the window. Same-week additions usually mean simpler panels and faster print runs.
Can the booths work outdoors at festivals or activations?
Yes. Outdoor formats use weather-aware modules and weighted bases. We’ll align on the expected conditions in the brief — for high-wind exposure or rain risk we’ll spec a different finish.
Sustainability
Modules stay, panels change.
Our modular booth system is in stock and runs across hundreds of events — modules, counters, and lighting components all reused. Only the branded panels are per-project, sourced through European partners. End-of-life panels are sorted for the right recycling stream. See our full sustainability approach.
